3. Make an investigative Report on Duterte's Agrarian Reform Agenda
The evaluation of the current land acquisition and distribution (LAD) record under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) must be viewed in context, to see the true picture of CARP in this administration.
Previous administrations boast of high LAD performance simply because CARP during the earlier periods focused on alienable and disposable lands of the public domain (A&D lands), and unused agricultural government-owned lands (GOLs). These types of lands subjected to CARP were unopposed. Private agricultural lands (PALs) occupy the last rung in the implementation ladder. PALs are difficult to cover under CARP due to the resistance of landowners. The challenges from landowners have the net effect of dragging, if not altogether halting, CARP implementation

5. If you were the president, what reforms would you have for your administration? Discuss your agenda using varied patterns of paragraph development
Answer:
If you were the President of the Philippines, what is the first problem that you would fix?
Should I be elected as the President of the Republic of the Philippines, the very first problem I would fix is the mentality problem that faces the Filipino people today.
First, many Filipinos tend to fall with what the religious extremists say, what the mainstream media says, what the scientists say, what the politicians say and many others. Filipinos should not be gullible to believe everything that others say and should instead try to challenge what these maniacs are saying and forcing into our minds. Filipinos will not fall gullible to the not-always-trustworthy words of others.
Second, Filipinos should get rid of their colonial mentality imposed on them by the Spanish and Americans. These barbarian colonizers forced us to accept that we are bad people on our own and that we should never try to beat the capacities of foreigners. They also made us revere them for what they consider good benefits to our society and ignore the bad sides of their colonization. Now, we think that the Philippines cannot make it on its own without being colonized. THAT IS SO FALSE! FILIPINOS SHOULD INSTEAD TRY TO MAKE THE EFFORT TO MAKE THE REPUBLIC GREAT BY BELIEVING THAT THEY CAN DO IT. I am not trying to promote fascism or racism by implying that Americans or Spanish or other foreigners are bad peoples or idiots or animals or demons or a virus. Surely we can make good relationships with these foreigners despite relationship histories. No, I meant that we Filipinos can become powerful on our own and had we never been colonized, we would have been a superpower, but those that did colonize us tried to make us weak by forcing a weak colonial mindset to forever prevent us from achieving power.
Third, Filipinos should think more about what they can do to make their lives and the lives of other people better, instead of always being distracted with entertainment. Not saying that entertainment itself is bad, but when it begins to erode your mindset, you need to tone it down.
Finally, we need to stop looking at the past! We keep ourselves thinking of what happened to us. All we Filipinos need to do is forgive ourselves and all those that have tried to destroy us. Next, we need to set up a united vision for the future that will challenge us to look forward.
Infrastructure, development and all these other stuff that either need to be fixed or build are important, but all of the other previous presidents have not been able to fix of build their visions because they later thought that they really cannot do it, the last one (Pnoy) in particular. We need to believe that we can makenit and always have an open growth mindset. Same thing applies to all other nations in regards to mindset as well.
If you become the president of the Philippines, what would be the first problem you would solve and how?
What will you do if you became the President of the Philippines?
If you were to become the next Philippine President, what problem in the Philippines would you address first?
What would be your concrete plan on fixing the Philippines if you suddenly became a president today?
What problem of the Philippines do you want to take care first as a president?
If I’m the president of the Philippines, the first problem that I should fix is HUMAN IGNORANCE among Filipinos.
Why?
It is because all the problems that we suffered including poverty have all emanated from it.

Improving education is extremely important. But because our current education system is inadequate, very few people understand the improvements that are needed. Most everyone knows the importance of a good education, but no one knows exactly what a good education is supposed to be, or understands the purpose of a good education. 18. How important is the basic education reforms in the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION?
Education reform, championed by Horace Mann, helped to bring about state-sponsored public education, including a statewide curriculum and a local property tax to finance public education.
Answer:
A major reform movement that won widespread support was the effort to make education available to more children. In the cities, some poor children stole, destroyed property, and set fires. Reformers believed that education would help these children escape poverty and become good citizens.
For schools and teachers, and the whole DepED organization, to perform better, the basic education sector needs to secure sustained strong support for resources necessary for good instruction, which in turn, depends on parents' and students' recognizing that good instruction is important.
